The Event Childcare company can provide care for all or part of your event. Each event is personally tailored for you and your guests needs.
Prior to your wedding or event we will work alongside you and your venue to establish the perfect place to create the onsite children’s area. The special children’s areas can be both indoors or outside and we can cater for any size event large or small.
We provide all the furniture, toys, resources and activities, during the day right through to evening care involving quiet activities and resting areas.
For all of our events we conduct a detailed health and safety review, identifying any potential hazards onsite and create a plan. We provide our own picket fencing, and sun cover.
We have a dedicated team of experienced and qualified carers that we personally know and have been selected for their high level of experience, professionalism and commitment to providing excellence in care and education.
Guests can register their children for your event online completing an online registration form that provides details about their child, their interests and any special or specific requirements that their child may have. This enables us to provide activities and care personally tailored to their needs. All provisions and equipment are available to establish sleeping / resting areas for younger guests who require resting time during the day or for evening events.
Depending on your venues policy and your event we can offer a range of catering options for the children. We service the greater Auckland area, and can cater for weddings and events in other areas by arrangement.
